Gaywoods Pool

Gaywood's Pool was reconstructed in 1993 with depths up to 7ft and numerous features to find. There are many different types of species to go at, from small silvers to Tench, Barbel, Bream and Carp. Matches are planned throughout the season and all members are welcome and encouraged to attend. If matches aren't your thing, pop down for a few hours of pleasure angling, lake is open from dawn to dusk. In 2020 we added some Carp, Tench, Crucians and F1's, in 2023 we have stocked 400lb of Bream and Carp to compliment the original stock. This was once a prolific water with huge catch rates, the last few years have been tougher, but with the recent new stockings and the future planned stockings, we will return this water to it's former glory.
